REGISTRATION FOR INCOMING PK/K/ AND NEW STUDENTS

Please do not forget to bring the following paperwork with you:

• Child's birth certificate 
• Vaccination records
• 2 proofs of address (bills, lease, medical documentation) 
• Your (parents) identification card or passport 
• Any IEP records (if students has)
