School Leadership Team (SLT)

What is a School Leadership Team?

The School Leadership Team (SLT) is a school-based organization composed of an equal number of parents, teachers, and administration. They meet at least once a month, and determine the structure for school-based planning and shared decision-making. One of the primary roles of the SLT is to write the CEP, which is aligned with the school budget and the principals’ goals.
